      Rita Bergstein published her first book, "Your Own Big Red" in 2008. This is her second. Illustrator Anna Granholm loves beginning stores and studying biology for her fiction writing. She dreams of making her own book series some day. Elizabeth Albert-Peacock (Betsy) is a member of the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Ojibwe. She is a graduate and retiree of University of Minnesota, Duluth, where she taught in the Education Department for 18 wonderful years. She is co-owner, with her husband, of Black Bears and Blueberries Publishing, a Native owned publisher. She loves living in the woods with wildlife and flower gardens, and she enjoys being near the magnificent Lake Superior and all it has to offer.
