Four Mile House
The Four Mile House from Rolling Prairie, Wisconsin, was built in 1853 at the halfway mark between Beaver Dam and Horicon which are about 8 miles apart. The building was originally a stagecoach inn that catered to tired and hungry travelers. It was restored and relocated to Old World Wisconsin where thousands of visitors each year can experience its history.
