Something special from Wisconsin. This mix is based on the original Luedke Bros. Meat Market bratwurst recipe. Luedke Bros. opened in 1914 and operated for 82 years. The brothers Herman & Max Luedke, along with other sausage makers, helped make Sheboygan, Wisconsin the Bratwurst Capitol of the World.

  • Ingredients: kosher salt, spices, cane sugar, citric acid, and rice fiber (to prevent caking).

Great Wisconsin brat flavor!
Made beef burger patties with this seasoning, and it tastes great! Can't wait to try it with pork.
